What cover remains once the unoccupancy limit is exceeded

Once the home has been unoccupied for more than 30 consecutive days, the following are excluded: theft, escape of water, escape of oil, malicious damage, mirrors and glass, domestic heating oil, metered water, garden plants, and accidental damage. Cover continues for fire, explosion, smoke, lightning and earthquake; storm and flood; subsidence, ground heave and landslip; collision; aerials and satellite dishes; and falling trees.
